Lactose Intolerance

Description:

Individuals who are Lactose intolerant are unable to digest the milk sugar lactose.

Symptoms:

Abdominal bloating, Wind, Stomach cramps, Diarrhoea. Acne, Excema. Children with lactose intolerance may suffer from vomiting and failure to gain weight.

Possible Causes:

Recent Lactose Intolerance studies point out that an ongoing malabsorption problem keeps the digestive system constantly weakened, leading to systemic disorders. The body cannot obtain needed nutrients if other intestinal symptoms disrupt absorption. The weakened digestive system is then more susceptible to attack by parasites, yeast and bacterial overgrowth.
